Breweries
Complete breweries are delivered in the extent, as follows:

malt acceptance and storage, grist barn (dry or wet process of grinding), brewhouse with accessories, wort cooling, beer fermentation and storage in the cylindrical-conical tanks, production of pure yeast culture, yeast storage, beer filtration and racking tanks, sanitation station, CO2 recovery, water system, bottling line, beer filling to KEG casks, electric wiring and process control equipment, cooling system, pneumatic station and steam boiler. Process water treatment and waste water system should be solved to meet the customers requirements.

The delivery is realized in co-operation with numerous well known producers of the equipment in the full extent, or in form of reconstruction and modernization of selected process units.

A separate field create the deliveries of complete mini-breweries.

Conception of each brewery is based on the demand of minimum civil-engineering investments, maximum utilization of heat energy, reduction of negative affect to the living environment, operation reliability and economy. The skilled team of engineers of our company is ready to render their services in the investment preparation period (feasibility study, lay-out, civil-engineering study), as well as after the equipment supply in form of technical assistance, trial operation, process technology introduction and training of the service staff.
Brewhouse
For weighty reasons, the brewhouse is called "a heart of the brewery", as on its functioning depends the brewery output, quality of beer produced, economy of utilization of the inlet raws and consumption of thermal energy. So that special attention is paid to the design of brewhouse equipment. Recently the conception of brewhouse, as a rule, is binded to the design of malt grinding, wort cooling, hot water system, spent malt storage, sanitation and automatic process control system.

Mash tuns, mash pans, filter tuns or mash filters, wort pans with internal or external wort heating systems, surrogate boilers, wort collectors and whirlpools are available for individual variants of the brewhouse. The vessels are delivered both for dry and wet methods of malt milling, and both for decoction and infuzion method of mashing.

As a basic material for brewhouse vessels the chrom-nickel rustless steel is used which due to high-quality machining and surface treatment, together with the architecture design of the building, creates a pleasant appearance of the interior and good conditions for the attendance.
Filtration
Process advantages of our filter tuns consist in the following structural features:
  • rustless-steel filtering bottom with a free flow area of 12 %, as minimum
  • bottom mash inlet which secures the better distribution of wort layer and reduces the oxygen reception
  • stirring machine provided with straight and shaped blades 2 pcs/m2, securing the uniform and intensive cutting the spent malt
  • speed of the stiring machine controlled with a frequency converter, securing minimum turbidity of wort
  • higher number of filtering tubes (1 pc/m2, as minimum) provided with inlet cone securing the uniform washing
  • higher number of adjustable washing nozzles (up to 2 pcs/m2) securing the due cleaness of the space under the filtering screens
  • computer control of filtration, which optimizes the process so that the filtered wort volume rises practically linearly without time dwells

Wort preparation
The up-to-date rustless-steel wort pans are equipped with a built-in tubular heater. Concentration of the heating surface to the center of the wort pan, together with the circulation cylinder, secures the intensive central stream of wort without immense creation of foam. A common external heater of wort may be used for several wort pans. In case of reconstruction, the heater may be installed in the central part of the existing heating bottom (simple installation, low consumption of sanitation agent).

The wort pans are completed with dissolving vessels of individual portions of hop extract or pellets. Wort pans are available for low-pressure or pressureless operation.

Heat of juice vapours is utilized by the simpliest way in the vapour condenser for water heating, which may be with low-pressure operation utilized for the wort pre-heating. In case of multi-vessel brewhouse wort may be heated up direct in the vapour condenser.
Beer fermentation and storage
Recently, for main fermentation and beer storage nearly solely the rustless-steel cylindric-conical tanks are used located on free space or in the building.

The tanks are provided with cooling jackets with direct ammonia evaporation or with glycol, with over-pressure and under-pressure fittings, CO2 discharge, stationary or rotation washing head and with the equipment for keeping the selected internal pressure. The tanks are insulated with foam polyuretane and lined with aluminium sheet.

Advantages of the cylindric-conical tanks consist in the possibility of application of variability of technological processes (separate beer fermentation and storage, one-phase beer fermentation and storage, possibility of CO2 recovery, simple separation of yeast and possibility of process automation. Those features secure the uniform and high quality of beer.
Sanitation station
Automatically controlled sanitation stations for cleaning of the equipment and pipelines by the CIP method consist of the storage tanks for acid and alkaline sanitation solution, a vessel for the last washing water and, if required, of a clear washing water vessel. The station is completed with centrifugal pumps, dosing pumps, storage tanks for concentrated sanitation agents, heat exchanger of heating of sanitation solution and with a control system.

Conception of the sanitation station is based on the demand of maximum economy of operation costs (consumption of sanitation agents, water and energy) at keeping the due quality of sanitation. So that the sanitation solutions do not circulate through the storage tanks, but the preset volume of sanitation solution is pumped to the individual sanitation circuits, circulated, heated up, as necessary, and added with concentrated sanitation agent to keep its strenght. The clear washing water vessel is used only in case of necessity to reduce the instantaneous peak water offtake.

The brewhouse, the production section of non-filtered and filtered beer are provided, as a rule, with the separate sanitation stations.
Brewery control system
Depending on the customer,s requirements, we are able to automatize either individual processing sections or the production process as a whole. The beer processing complex automation system covers all production sections, from malt acceptance, grist barn and brewhouse through wort fermentation up to the bottling line. All production sections are controlled with help of up-to-date industrial control automats completed with the high-efficient computers for visualization. The control system structure is two- or three-level and the control system is designed as a distributed one.

The control proces may be executed on three working levels:
  • fully automated process
  • hand-operated proces through the control elements on the monitor
  • control from deblocation boxes located on the process equipment
The fully automated process is divided into partial technological steps affected by the operator through the formula the process parameters for the process control are defined in.

Information on the automatic control state and/or on the actually performed step is given to the operator on the monitor screen and with help of process value diagrams having been regularly recorded.

The automatic control mode may be interrupted in any moment, some steps may be performed in the hand-operated mode and then back to the automatic mode. In such a way smooth transition between the automatic and hand-operated mode is possible.
